The Tech
Magnetic Stripe Cards are available in Hi-Co and Lo-Co specifications subject to your hotel’s requirement.
High Coercivity Cards are encoded to withstand the presence of very strong magnetic fields and are normally used to maintain the same data for repetitive use.
Low Coercivity Cards are more suited for short term applications. As hotel room key cards are required to be erased and encoded frequently, they are the most cost common and cost-effective choice for hoteliers.
